		<p> Paulette Greene is a book dealer, publisher, and member of the
		  Antiquarian Booksellers' Association of America, whose business was located in
		  Rockville Center, New York and is now located in Boca Raton, Florida. In 1981
		  Greene published Madeleine "Stern's Sherlock Holmes: Rare Book Collector." Two
		  years later Green published another Stern title, "The game’s a head : a
		  phrenological study of Sherlock Holmes and Arthur Conan Doyle." The book was
		  illustrated by Sam Greene. This was followed in 1986 by Greene's publication of
		  Trevor H. Hall's "The last case of Sherlock Holmes: Ivy Johnson Bull of
		  Borley." </p>
