The collection is organized alphabetically into four series: miscellaneous publications, dance souvenir programs, souvenir programs and newspaper clippings.
This collection has been assembled by the staff of the performing arts archive to serve as a reference collection for researchers.
The collection includes programs, playbills, announcements, and clippings from professional, civic and academic performing arts companies, including items from Minnesota and from many national and international companies. Over 500 companies are represented in this collection.
