		<head>Historical Note</head> 
		<p>The Theatre of Involvement was a community theatre in Minnesota.
		  Production began in 1967 and ran for 10 years until the theatre closed in 1977.
		  In addition to plays performed on the main stage, the Theatre of Involvement
		  also offered theatre in the park during the summer, touring shows and
		  workshops. </p>

		<head>Scope and Content Note</head> 
		<p>The papers include a chronological list of plays produced, divided by
		  mainstage, summer productions, tour productions and workshop productions.
		  Administrative papers include by-laws, statements of objectives and
		  evaluations, financial statements and other papers, funding and outreach
		  materials, ticket management guidelines, staff and volunteer forms. Production
		  materials may include cast and staff lists, promotion, rehearsal and production
		  schedules, set and costume design, financial statements, receipts and budgets,
		  program and poster samples, and other production related materials. There is a
		  separate collection of promotion materials, divided by show title, and separate
		  financial statements for tour company seasons and workshops. The collection
		  also includes an extensive set of scrapbooks, two metal cases of slides and
		  Theatre of Involvement blueprints. </p>
