The Fraternity Row (University of Minnesota) collection is an artificial collection, separated from the Minneapolis Plan Vault collection (N 115).

Scope and Content Note

The collection contains floor plans and elevations for a 1921 remodel of the Delta Chi Chapter House at the University of Minnesota. The remodel was designed by the architect A. F. Preusch. The home was originally built circa 1888 by George Aiton.
