Edward H. Enger was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on September 16, 1888. He worked as an architect for the Board of Education in Minneapolis.

The collection contains plans for two schools, Motley School (1924) and Boys Vocational High School (1933), designed by architect Edward H. Enger.
