		<head>Historical Note</head> 
		<p>The Federal Building of Duluth, which housed the U.S. Post Office, the
		  Court House, the Custom House and other Federal government offices, was planned
		  by the Office of Supervising Architect of the Treasury, Washington D.C., and
		  constructed in the late 1920s. The Federal Building is currently part of the
		  Duluth Civic Center and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
