		  May 31, 1974 by Lou Dezseran, department of theatre arts at the University of
		  Minnesota. An additional deposit was made on July 22, 1998. </p>

		<head>Scope and Content Note</head> 
		<p> The collection is composed of photographs of street scenes and cable
		  cars in San Francisco just prior to the disastrous earthquake and fire of 1906.
		  Also contained in the collection is a photo booklet entitled "Glimpses of San
		  Francisco" (1898).</p>
