		<head>Biographical Sketch for Reuel Durkee Harmon (1904-1994) </head> 
		<p>Philanthropist and publisher Reuel Durkee Harmon was born in St. Paul,
		  Minnesota. He attended Harvard University and then returned to St. Paul in 1926
		  to join Webb Publishing Company in 1926. During World War II Harmon served with
		  the United States Army. </p>
