		  researcher upon completion of an application form. The original documents do
		  not circulate and may only be used in the Reading Room of the Manuscripts

		<head>Historical Note</head> 
		<p>Minnesota Orchestra Visual Entertainment (MOVE) was a business venture
		  established to bring classical music and the arts to children and adults in new
		  and innovative ways. Three products were developed under the NotesAlive brand
		  name: 
		<title><emph render="bolditalic">On the Day You Were Born</emph></title>
		by 
		<persname>Debra Frasier</persname>, 
		<title><emph render="bolditalic">Nutcracker: The Untold
		  Story</emph></title>, and 
		<title><emph render="bolditalic">Dr. Seuss's My Many Colored
		  Days</emph></title>. The products received numerous national awards from the
		American Library Association, Sesame Street, and TV Guide.</p> 
		<p>New scores were commissioned for the <emph render="italic">Dr. Seuss's
		  My Many Colored Days</emph> ( 
		  <persname>Richard Einhorn</persname>) and <emph render="italic">On the
		  Day You Were Born</emph> ( 
		  <persname>Steve Heitzeg</persname>). The original music of Tchaikovsky
		  was used for 
		  <persname>Maurice Sendak</persname>'s <emph render="italic">Nutcracker:
		  The Untold Story</emph>. All works were recorded live by the Minnesota
		  Orchestra, conducted by 
		  <persname>Eiji Oue</persname> and 
		  <persname>William Eddins</persname>.</p>

		<p>The collection includes brand books, videocassettes, and other video
		  packages of the three products. The brand books (one for each project) include
		  brief background information about the project and copies of reviews, articles
