				photographs from the year’s activities. They contain longer narrative
				descriptions of activities of the Orchestra, more detailed financial
				information, lists of Board and staff, and lists of major financial sponsors.
				From the mid-1970s a copy of the annual report appeared in the January issue of
				Showcase. The set is not complete.</p>

			 <p><emph render="underline">Boxes 7-19</emph> contain minutes of
				Board &amp; Executive Committee meetings and materials sent to Board members
				before meetings. They include minutes of the previous meeting, reports from
				Orchestra staff, financial materials, etc. Mailings for Executive Committee
				meetings were sent along with those for Board meetings when they occurred in
				the same month (in the 1990s). The materials for both meetings are generally
				filed under the Board Meeting. Beginning in 1992 Board and Executive Committee
				meeting materials are filed together with other related Board materials
				(retreats, orientations, etc.).</p>
