<head>Biographical/Historical Note</head>
<p>Mother of Sorrows Church (Cleveland, Ohio) was founded in 1906 as a result of a schism within the St. Vitus Church parish. The first pastor was Rev. Kazimir Zakrajsek, O.F.M. The new parish lasted only seven months; its parishioners were reunited with the St. Vitus Parish under the guidance of Rev. Bartholomew J. Ponikvar.</p>
