Pal V. Nyiregyhazy (1888-1973) was a Hungarian Canadian who had been a mayor in Hungary before immigrating to Canada. He wrote a popular weekly column for the newspaper Kanadai Magyarság and was prominent in the Hungarian community in Toronto.

Papers (1952-1975) of Pal V. Nyiregyhazy (1888-1973) include personal correspondence; newspaper clippings; photographs; and collections of Hungarian poems, including original unpublished verse of György Hornik.
