<head>Biographical/Historical Note</head>
<p>Anna Chopek (b. 1912) was born in Kozowa, Ukraine, the daughter of Elias and May (Olijnyk) Chopek. She became a United States citizen in 1926, and graduated from New England School of Law in 1935. Chopek was a member of numerous legal and Ukrainian associations.</p>
