<head>Scope and Content</head>
<p>Martin R. Buccieri served as Supreme Delegate of OSIA (1971-1973), and as Grand Venerable of the Illinois Grand Lodge (1965-1971, 1975-1977). Collection includes miscellaneous correspondence of the Illinois Grand Lodge and Columbus Day celebration programs (1954-1977), the Chicago Park Board's plans of the ship Santa Maria, drawn in 1938, Chicago Columbus Day Parade materials (1957-1964), Villa Scalabrini Banquets, materials on Boys Town of Italy, the Santa Rita Foster Parents Association and the Parish Directory of St. Vincent Ferrer Church (1977-1979). Also included are award banquets and program booklets relating to serveral Illinois OSIA local lodges including Donna Francesca Cesario Chesrow Lodge No. 1974, several newspapers, including The Italian American Guardian (1952), The Colombian (1952) and Fra Noi (1977-1986), and artifacts.</p>
