		<head>Biographical Note</head> 
		<p>Richard Rimbach is considered by many to be the "father" of
		  the International Society of Automation (ISA). He served as the first executive
		  director of the ISA. Rimbach published the first issue of Instruments magazine
		  in January 1928, which "gave birth to instrumentation and control as a
		  distinct discipline." </p>
