Biographical Sketch

Harold Berson was born in 1926 in Los Angeles, California. He received his BA in 1953 from UCLA. Most of his career he has been a full time illustrator. He began illustrating books in the late 1950s. He illustrated and wrote children's books, using mainly brush and ink. He often writes fold tales he has picked up on his travels. Biographical Source: Something About the Author, v. 4, pp. 27-29.
