archives-imposed restrictions. Please contact the NAA staff for more information about
using specific materials.
- ACCESS CODE 1
- No restrictions imposed by donor or archives.
- ACCESS CODE 2
- Access permitted only with the approval of the donor.
- ACCESS CODE 3
- Photocopying or reproduction permitted only with the approval of the donor.
- ACCESS CODE 4
- Access and photocopying restricted by archives staff due to fragility of items in the collection.
