The Collections are open Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Andersen Library’s second floor reading room has extended hours on Saturday from 9:00 a.m. until 1 p.m., except for official University holidays & breaks. All researchers are strongly encouraged to make arrangements in advance as item retrieval and reference services will be limited. To ensure that materials will be available on Saturday, please email clrc@umn.edu or call (612) 624-4576 by noon on the preceeding Friday
The library is closed Sundays and all University of Minnesota holidays which include: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (Thursday and Friday), Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
